What A Morning!
We completed the $12 million goal around 1:30 this morning. We've now raised over $12 million in JUST online donations...
We are over 3 hours ahead of donations on the 5th. And the graph slope looks steeper.
We're averaging over $186k an hour. Over $3k per minute.
The average donation size is $122 (nov 5th was $103)
We're over 5k donors ahead of Nov 5th.
Business is good at RonPaulForums.com.. I wonder what all those people are talking about...
It looks like Huckabee's numbers aren't updating today... *crickets*... and no one cares.
Looks like my server is holding up ok... I don't think we'll have any more down time today.. Again, I apologize for the brief hiccup this morning.
I think the second half of this day is going to be even better than the first half. We're already over halfway through the number of Tea Party pledges and we're just getting started!
Don't forget to tell all your friends and family to donate today instead of giving you something for Christmas :)

Is there some way to tell how many of these donors today are first time donors? I don't know if it is possible, but it might be interesting to see a bar graph with first time donors on today vs nov. 5th and maybe even vs all the other money bombs (or even just regular days).

Great start to the day! Can't wait for the reaction from George('no way you can win') Stephanopolous(sic) et al; they gonna have some 'splaining to do. And as for Russert & Meet the dePressed, it's gonna be a battle of intellect and principles, one Tim seems ill prepared to wage.

I think that was supposed to be over $2 million in JUST online donations...
No, it is correct. $12 million in online donations over the past three months -- the 4th quarter.
To Nathan:
If you use the < > tabs on the official counter widget, it totals up first time donors. Currently 9127 new donors.
It looks lsightly out of reach, but what is we were able to push Ron Paul past Romney's 3Q total of $18.4 million?
Right now we are at slight over $14 million, so we are looking at approximately $4 million more need between now and the end of the month to surpass Romney's self inflated 3Q numbers.
This would make a great goal to aim for and if reached, maybe even $20 million could be attained under ideal conditions!!!
Hunter S, that's $4 million away, and there will be at least $3 million more coming in *today*. $18.4 should be *easy*.
I heard that RonPaul2008 is very slow, and not loading at all for some dial uppers. I also heard that the widgets are bleeding RonPaul2008 bandwidth, and adding to the problem. Could it be true that the widgets are casing an untoward burden on the official site?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm pretty ungeeky.
